I solved the problem!!! Thanks to support from Parallels and downloading via the windows interface just as you said. I got the following answer from Parallels:
"As I understand When you are trying to install Family Tree Builder from My Heritage you get the following message:
Can´t create folder: \\psf\Home\Documents\
Our Family Tree Builder software doesn't have a Mac version yet.
Please note, that there is still no exact date for release of such version, however we've received many requests for this, so producing a Mac version is definitely in our plans. In the meantime, you can wait until we have a Mac version, or continue to grow your tree online.
A tree can be built online on MyHeritage.com, using a Mac. If you have a tree already and it has been published into your own family site on MyHeritage.com, we can, at your request, flip a switch so you'll be able to continue editing your tree online on your Mac, with a browser.
Please let me know if you'd like that. You can also import an existing tree into MyHeritage.com via import GEDCOM, and then continue editing it online on the Mac.
Please let us know id you will any further assistance.
Hi ya'll. I have the same problem listed earlier, but the thread didn't answer it. I added a 249th member, but the site added their parents as well, giving me 251 family members, and am now unable to access information or update any profiles. Is there any way to fix this without forking over the $100 dollars? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Same here too. I haven't used the site since February, and when I logged in today, I was told I was over the limit. The problem is, I would like to delete somebody, which is not an option. Either MyHeritage fixes this, or I delete my account. It's as simple as that.
