We recently change the online family tree to be HTML5 based rather than Flash based, which means you can now access, view and edit your tree through a browser on your iPad. Along with the new tree change, we made some improvements to the tree itself and one of those is that we moved the Connect feature.
Not all our users see the new tree at this moment, only a small portion. This is the reason you see a different view when you visit your site on your PC. Shortly we will release the new tree improvements for all users.
On your iPad you can find the connect feature by clicking on the person once and then in the MORE drop down menu, select the appropriate option (Connect, Remove connection).

To fix the language settings you will need to change an additional setting of Windows7:
Go to the Start menu > Control Panel > Clock, Region and Language > Regional and Language Options > go to the administrative tab of the options menu, and define Persian in the non-Unicode programs language section.
I am sorry for not getting back to you earlier, I got fustrated and asked my husband to try..this is what he did, when the wizard template, he browsed then hilighted the photo again, this allowed me to add the photos I wanted. I found it strange that I had to change the way I was doing it the last time.
Anyway I have another question...I want to export my tree to a flashdrive as a GED file unfortunately I am having problems with this since for eg I have 109 photos in my tree and only 49 photos are being imported. Can you help?
I went to "Family Tree" > then" Manage My Trees" > then" Delete".......If the Delete word "shows"!! Which it should as I have done this many times before ,But for some reason it's not showing an option to Delete with 2 of my trees right now so very frustrated.
This is strange. The button should be there. Are you sure that you are logged in? You have set your site preferences such that also guests can view the "Manage Tree" page, but of course, they would only be able to "view" your tree, not to "delete" it.
Hello everyone. i recently signed up to this website for the 7 day free trial. I have not found what i was looking for on this website and would therefore like to cancel my free trial subscription, as i don't wish to be billed for it.
I attempted to cancel it by clicking on "account" then "my purchases" and found an option to cancel, but it doesn't seem to have worked and is now offering me to upgrade?! - which i do not want. Also, i have not received an email to confirm any cancellation.
Please can someone help - i have contacted myheritage via email but have had no response at all. This website is really dodgy and i simply want out.
I also wish to cancel my free trial but cannot find an option to cancel. I've wasted a few hours on this site and find it most improper that cancellation is either impossible or made so obscure that one cannot easily cancel. I found nothing worthwhile here.
