Hello. I have a family tree on MyHeritage and I have many members to be able to enter and follow the page. There is a problem that the minimum 2 members have problems with Locke on . They must , whenever they want on the page , locke on the new code. It is severely irritating. Is it something that can solve ? Sincerely, Jannie Berthou Hedetoft

I did the step nº 1 - restoring from website... but didn´t work completely... cause my photos into folder named "documentos" didn´t download... and there are many important photos ... and are documents... I worried with it...
I'm not the sharpest knife in drawer so you might tell me to go away!! I enter my imediate family and was going happily along and now there are not there only me!!! Is there a limit on how big the tree can be? I didn't see anything that told me to compress a file etc. I did click to get a multi gen chart from my grandparents on out. Did I delete my siblings or how do I retireve them back?? Was I suppose to use family tree maker to put them in as groups ?
To locate any family members from France you will need to log into your online family web site and click on the research tab.
This will take you to our SuperSearch research tool and you will also be able to geographically search by scrolling down the page a little and clicking on Europe from the world map. You will then need to select France as the country and enter the specific details of the person you are wanting to research.
I am the site manager for my family site, and I should be the root person, but I must have done something wrong, because my spouse's family are under my profile. I am married to myself, and his parents are listed as my parents. How can I fix this? Do I delete my tree and start over? Thank you. I hope you are not as confused with my explanation as I am. Cheryl
Why do smart matches and record notifications stay on a name if they've already been looked at and either rejected or confirmed. This is so annoying to keep going back thinking i'm going to see something new and it's already been handled!
(choosing a tree, selecting People > Last Name > and the page number I am up to, from a list of names I keep; but that is just my choice...)
anyway, looking through the names, you will find those already attended to in normal weight type,
for example, John Smith '2 matches'.
But on many the name will be in bold type, and the self-explanatory message will be, say,
Mary Anne Smith 17 Matches 12 to confirm
Even when I used to work from Family Tree Builder matches I used the on-line matches this way, as an index. Because it shows so well the unconfirmed matches. I still use Family Tree Builder matches when I know there are additional family members, the merge function is great for that.
But there is still the matter of Records and I agree, there should be a way to know if you have already attended to a record. Maybe the little symbol could be green then???
