I versionen 5.0 fanns det en info. om ett liknande namn när man la in en person.´Denna info försvann för mig vid ett datahaveri hur får jag tillbaka det
Hej Lior. Det som har hänt är att jag inte längre får en info- om att ett namn redan finns i trädet så jag slipper få flera i samma släkt, det är alltså jämförelsen viid samma namn som är borta- Hälsningar Bengt
I recently had to move my tree to a new computer; and had to republish it from FTB. Now there are 2 trees listed on my site; with exactly the same information. The only differences are that one was published a few hours after the other. If it's possible, I'd love to delete the earlier of the two.

Jag lyckas bara lägga till så att jag får med båda mina barn på samma bild genom att sätta mig och min nuvarande sambo som föräldrar till båda barnen (trots att hon bara är mamma till en av dom).

I have a small tree, which is actually over the limit for the free version. It was uploaded as a GEDCOM file so I was not stopped in time, so to speak, to keep it under 500.
Now I get a lot of smart matches, which is of course fine. But I don't want to buy a premium account since I already is a premium member of another site where I have a substantially larger tree. So my questions are:
1) Can somebody else accept my smart matechs for me (a premium member I trust, who has another, linked tree)?
2) Can I give away my tree to somebody else who is a premium member
3) Last resort: Can I delete my membership but leave my info for others?
I would like to still be a member so I can see the info in all the linked trees of others, trees where I have become a member, so the option 3 is really the last thing I want.
But it is also frustration not to be able to tell others that their matches are ok unless I pay 7 USD per month for the service.
I hope someone can help, either by completing my matches or helping me to transfer my data to somebody else.
BTW, is there any kind of company support - I have looked for an e-mail address, but I can not find anything?
I can see your account, however indeed there is no tree in it. Also, I cannot see any email notifications that were sent for this account. Can you please check the notifications, click on the link to the site within the email, and send me the URL (address) of this site that you got to.
The reason that you could not find the Site Center or the Member Center is that they were removed from our site. This is because our developers are currently working very hard on a new enhanced SuperSearch engine that will make all information on MyHeritage and WorldVitalRecords searchable, and include an improved version of the Site and Member centers. It should be released very soon, so stay tuned- it's worth waiting for!
Good evening everyone! I'm here to adress a problem about characters. So when I upgraded to version 6.0 the program doesn't recognize anymore characters like these "ă" , "ț", "ș" even thought my program was always in romanian. Also all names have been replaced with [Netradus din Română(Untranslated from Romanian)]. Has anyone an ideea how to fix this, or at least has anyone an older version of Family Tree Builder ?

The problem you encountered is caused due to the language settings on your Family Tree Builder. To solve it, please follow these steps:
1. Open your Family Tree Builder
2. Click on the button Language
3. Click on: 'Advanced language options'
4. Check the check box: use secondary language
5. Select Rumanian
6. Click OK and close
7. Click again on the Language button > Advanced language options
8. Right click on the window and select 'Manage data languages'
9. Select English to Rumanian and copy.
10. To finish publish your tree on your site.

Well, that didn't work out. But thanks to your advice I managed to solve it. What I did was to check the first box instead of the second. Thank you and sorry for the late reply. I was quite busy in the past months and completely forgot about my post.
