Generate a chart & you will see the WHOLE family in PDF form...if you mean you can not see the whole amily tree in the MyHeritage or within your Family Tree Builder...you won't...they will only show about 2 or 3 generations at any one time as your tree is to big to fit into the one screen.
So if you click on mum or dad the children are displayed, then when you click on your brother/sister there children & spouses are displayed or if you click on your grandparents only the uncles & aunts are diaplyed but you click on an uncle or aunt to view their family etc etc etc
You will not see the WHOLE family within the MyHeritage or Family Tree builder simply because your family tree is now to big but everyone is there, you just have to scroll/click through it...if you want to see them all on 1 page then generate a chart of everyone.
Hi Zakariya, I think there may be some confusion. Anyone you have invited (member) to your site should be able to scroll through the entire tree. If one of your members has visited the site as a guest and has not signed in with their password, they will be restricted in what they see to protect your privacy. They must sign in to use all the features.
Hello there. My mother logged in with her email and password and she can only see some 285 people out some 385. My brother can only see some 180. Why is that? Thank you

Hi, I wanted to know how to downgrade to the basic/free plan for now. I will be upgrading back to the premium plan in about 2 months, but can only do the basic plan for now.
My question is, if I was to order a poster of my family tree through MyHeritage, will the poster arrive in one 6 meter long poster of the Family tree OR will it arrive in many sheets that I then have to paste together (paper/canvas) or does it come with somethiing that enables the sheets to stick together.
I would like to know from someone when they ordered their family tree as a poster, what they got back in the mail.

When you create your chart on the site and proceed to order a poster, you will be able to choose the paper size and zoom settings. You will see a notification if the poster will be printed on two sheets/rolls.
Min make har byggt upp ett eget träd från "min stam" så att säga. När han öppnar sitt träd på nätet och klickar på foton så får han upp mina fotografier. När han lägger in egna blandas de huller om buller. Hur kan man separera fotona? Hur kan man ta bort mina bilder från hans träd?
