I paid $107.46 for My Heritage Family Site Upgrade PLUS $59.60 for Historical Records collection. When I select an historical document, I am asked AGAIN to upgrade.
Some of the historical data comes from third parties that require royalties on its use by customers. We cannot give all our subscribers this data for free, else the content partners will not get paid, which is not possible.

Sempre que abria a aplicação My heritage... dpois da actualização... havia uma caixa diálogo inicial que me pedia para me identificar na arvore genealógica ou se não pertencia a esta familia...
Eu nunca quiz identificar-me, pois estou a contruir a arvore genealógica juntamente com os meus primos...
Hoje, por acaso cliquei só para ver como iria aparecer, quais as mudanças em relação à arvore genérica...
O que é certo é que identifiquei outra pessoa pertencente a esta arvore... que não sou eu... como faço para voltar atras??? é que não tenho backup... tem autosave ao fechar... e já gravou como se eu fosse outra pessoa... :(
Fico a aguardar ajuda...

thank you for the message. Our Family Book is created in PDF, there is no special way to change it into Word document. However, there is many programs which can switch pdf into word as this one: http://convertpdftoword.net/ (You can search in Google for the one which is also offer in Norwegain language).

To do so, visit your family site. Then click "Settings".
Click on "General", and one of the first options will be title of the site, that you can edit as you like. While you're there, you may also want to modify the address of the site to one that is easy for you to remember, if you haven't done so already.
When you're done with the changes, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

This is a response from just a myHeritage user. If a family managed to survive pestilence, war and other calamities to the present time, they do tend to have spread out beyond the country of origin. Genealogy involves research, dead-ends and lots of luck. There are many ways to refine and narrow your search. Take heart--it does turn out to be fun!
A családi események tévedésből egy másik személy szemszögéből jelennek meg. Nevezetesen a saját rokoni kapcsolataimat a feleségem rokoni kapcsolatainak tekinti a rendszer. Például az édesanyámat a feleségem édesanyjaként tartja nyilván és fordítva.
Kérdésem : hogyan lehetne helyreállítani az eredeti állapotot a teljes családfán.
Du kan enkelt på egen hand ta bort trädet, genom att logga in på ditt konto. Gå till "Släktträd" och sedan "Hantera släktträd". Där kan du ta bort ett eller flera träd.
För att ta bort ett träd i Family Tree Builder. Gå till "Arkiv" i det övre vänstra hörnet, och sedan till "Hantera projekt". Där kan du ta bort träd som du inte vill behålla.
Jodå det går bra i gratisversionen också, den enda begbränsningen där är antalet personer som du kan registrera.
Lägger du in personer på din PC eller direkt på nätet? Hur många personer har du i trädet?
OM du bara lägger in på nätet så bör du lasta ner det stamträdet som du har där så du har en arbetskopia på din PC. Jag personligen har ORIGINALET på min PC och publicerar en kopia till nätet, då slipper jag oroa mig för vad som kan hända.
Ge mig lite mera fakta så skall jag försöka hjälpa dig.
