yes, I can and do run FTB on a virtual windows machine on my mac....but it would be really nice to have a native mac app. Any chance of this happening?
If you want to delete a family tree you can do this yourself by going to your site and then to Family Tree>Manage Trees where you will find a list of your trees with the option to delete.
What you have sent is the site address and if I delete the site, I am afraid of deleting other trees that you might have on the same site.
So may I please ask you to confirm if you want to delete your tree or want me to delete your site all together?
If you'd like to remove your collage you'll have to delete the HTML code.
The HTML code is usually displayed in the "About Me" or "My Interests" section of your profile.
What you need to do is go to "Edit Profile" and find one of the above categories. You'll recognize the HTML code for the collage because it has MyHeritage written in it somewhere.
What is important, is to delete ALL the code related to MyHeritage, but not to delete code from other things you've added to your profile.
What I suggest you do is to copy/paste the entire code of your profile to a word doc or similar before you start the procedure, and after the partial deletion of the collage code, go back and view your profile to make sure you got the right stuff removed. This way, if you've deleted something of importance you can copy/paste the entire code from your backup, back into your profile. This backup will also allow you to bring back your collage in case you change your mind later.
When I have incomplete dates how is the best way to enter them, for example I know month and year but not the day, or month and day but not year. Is there some character you can out in the missing field that the program will recognize and handle someway? Thank you. Don

I'm trying to use the Download Albums link to download photos from an album. When I click on the the link, I'm prompted to save a .zip file. I save the .zip file but when I go to unzip it, I see that it's an extremely small file (4 KB) and it cannot be unzipped.
It looks like the .zip archive isn't being properly created.
