Ok i set my family site to private and only had 1 member of my family as a member of my site.

 How on earth can someone that is not a member of my site save the pictures, take information from my site if it is set to private. I am not a happy bunny.

However i have now deleted my tree and pictures from my website, because of this, it is such a shame.

I think My Heritage will have to review its policy on private sites

This has been going on for about a month now - everything else works fine (slideshow works but not albums - I get the same error message).  I am able to load new photos via FTB and publish.  I am afraid our relatives will not be able to add new photos via the family website.    I appreciate any help from anyone that knows how to resolve this.

I was able to view our photo albums however there were about 8 individual photos within the album that never finish loading. 

In case it helps what I can do is get into the edit function (shows photo but I cannot make any edits), I can also select view photo and see it and I can enlarge and see it - but in the album mode (like I mentioned earlier) it never completes loading. 

Should I just delete and try loading again or is there another way you can suggest to get these 8 photos back?

 I just checked again and still having the same problem with loading the same 8 photos.  I just responded to an e-mail from Esther and provided the requested details.

The following are the photos that do not load (I will provide the titles, which are the names), they are all located within the "family tree photos (122)":

Where are you building your tree?

On FTB or on the site?

If on FTB, then, you can use the attach/detach function which you can find on the edit menu on the person's card.

If you have built your tree on the site then you will need to delete the person and write him/her again in the correct place.

Если Ваш оригинальный файл Gedcom не был создан в программе Family Tree Builder, попробуйте скачать данную программу по ссылке http://www.myheritage.com/family-tree-builder?lang=RU. Данное программное обеспечение бесплатно.

Откройте программу Family Tree Builder, войдите в меню Файл и выберите опцию Импорт Gedcom.Следуя пошагово указаниям, импортируйте Ваш оригинальный файл Gedcom в программу. После этого проверьте, есть ли проблема с отображением данных Вашего проекта в программе Family Tree Builder. Проверьте, пожалуйста, что программа открыта на русском языке, кроме того, войдите в  языковые настройки программы и убедитесь, что язык дисплея совпадает с основным языком данных. Для этого нужно войти в меню Инструменты и далее в опцию Языки. В открывшемся окне укажите основной язык данных такой же, как язык дисплея.

Если информация отображается правильно, попробуйте экспортировать файл Gedcom на Ваш семейный сайт. Для этого войдите в меню Файл в программе, выберите опцию Экспорт Gedcom, следуя указаниям, сохраните файл на диске. Затем войдите на семейный сайт, переключите язык сайта на русский и проследуйте,  пожалуйста, во вкладку Семейное дерево, а затем войдите в категорию Импорт Gedcom. Здесь Вы можете загрузить Ваш файл Gedcom на сайт.

После выполнения загрузки откройте дерево и проверьте, отображаются ли данные на русском без проблем.

Если после выполнения всего вышеописанного данные все же будут отображаться абракадаброй, пожалуйста, напишите на support@myheritage.comи опишите все Ваши действия во время загрузки файла Gedcom.
