I have had my family tree with MyHeritage for some time now but just published it to my site. I have almost 1000 people in my tree but only uploaded 500 due to not paying for the upgrade. Some of my photos that were personal did not upload and others for some reason uploaded but not as personal photos. I have been searching the tool bars and I haven't found where I can mark a photo as personal. Where can I find this?
I have broken my family tree into a number of smaller trees to make navigation easier and keep printouts to a manageable size. There is only one common couple between each tree to identify the link. (eg. One tree is my family and one is my wife's with us as the common couple in both).
Currently my MyHeritage member profile points to myself in my family's tree - but when I view her family's tree, it says my wife and I are unrelated. Is there a way to flag myself so that MyHeritage will know both trees refer to the same individual?
As I see it, my options are .... 1. to create another MyHeritage site (not sure if MyHeritage allows two sites to be accessed by the one email address) and place one tree in each, allowing SmartMatch to identify the link (but this will make navigation a pain), .... or 2. to merge all trees into one large tree.
If the only solution is to put everything back into one large family tree. How do I combine the data in two or more GEDCOM files to create a single tree in MyHeritage? Each GEDCOM I have uploaded so far has created a separate tree?
Help (or tips on better way to manage things) greatly appreciated.
1. Create another Family Site: you can do that if you click on My Sites > manage my sites (top right corner of the screen). you will see the button in the bottom of the page.
2. Use Family Tree Builder to merge both GEDCOM files. you can read about that here.

Since the Weekly Maintenance a short while back, my Calendar settings are no longer working. Before when a member typed in their Birth Date, it would automatically be seen in the up coming events column on my home page. Now all that is shown is myself and my wife's details. None of the other events are shown, where before, they were showing.
I've tried all the advanced setting, but nothing works.
To make matters worse when you try to post a birthday in the events Calendar, instead of seeing Birth of, you get Brith of, and that needs correcting.
Can anyone on Technical Support look at this matter as now my members are complaining why does only my Birthday and my Wife's birthday show up in the up coming events. Everything was working fine until this Maintenance week came up.
Пытаюсь экспортировать дерево с сайта. Подскажите пожалуйста, куда файл GED помещается в результате экспорта? После нажатия на кнопку ЭКСПОРТ ничего не происходит...
Несмотря на то, что перед реализацией процедуры экспорта с GEDCOM с сайта, я провожу очистку ПК от временных файлов и куков, экспорт происходит со скрипом. Только после 4-6 кратного нажатия мышкой на пиктуру «экспорт» наконец открывается окно, уточняющее место сохранения файла GEDCOM. После этого происходит экспорт. Это наблюдается независима от провайдера, скорости Интернета и блаузера.
Но, это ещё не всё. В отличии файла экспортируемого на английском, русскоязычный файл экспортируется «криво». Это выражается в том, что дерево полученное в программе, импортом этого файла указывает даты рождения и смерти в свободном формате, не смотря на то, что на сайте эти даты были в точном формате. Для восстановления требуемого формата, достаточно открыть-закрыть календарь и формат даты восстановится. Мне кажется, что в процедуре формирования файла экспорта GEDCOM на русском языке имеются погрешности.
I've been reading this same message now for 8 days, and am getting a little bit sick of members at my site asking me why they cannot access the site, or why have I blocked them as members. I can access other members sites, and on a daily basis I notice that new members are joining but cannot get into my own paid for site.
What is going on up here as have sent to e-mails to My Heritage and no replies.
Hi Terry, Same with my account - It's been down for 8days with 4 attempts in contacting MyHeritage with NO response, not to mention there are no Phone numbers. I'm very upset and dissapponted I paid/joined such a site who performs maintenance without our conscent or any notification when to expect it back online. I have 10's of people each day asking when to expect it back online - kind of embarrasing..
I hate to think the worse that these guys have taken our money and months/years of effort in tree building and decided to packup..?
its day light robbery as only premium plus site is out of service. free one are still working overtime to attract new fools, it seems.

Нам наконец ответят или нет! Просто не прилично так долго молчать, тем более это возмутительно в отношении тех кто оплатил премиум. Дайте хоть какую нибудь информацию. Проблемы не только у оплативших премиум, но и у бесплатных сайтов. Надеюсь что все наладится.
