Twice I tried to send an email to all registered members of my family site and nobody seems to have received it; I eventually sent emails from outside MyHeritage.com, because I really needed to contact everybody.
I did not find any mail in the junk mail folder - no "junk" mails arrived during the last 3 days (at least, nothing was shown). According to the settings with my e-mail provider, junk mails are to be stored at least for 10 days.
Unfortunately, I haven`t found any possibility for entering your address to a safe senders list.
So, the best solution might be to use a different e-mail address. Would it be advisable to send you an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org, I suppose) using this alternative e-mail account? What about changing e-mail addresses in the profile? I read that the verwandt-team advised not to do so, as this would lead to different addresses in the two programs.
as I'm trying to enter birth and death years I'm getting a little confused. When I'm trying to enter years before the year 1000 it automatically appears a "0" as the 4th position. But the person was born in "920" - not 9200 - and died in "973" - not "9730".
It works fine when I have a day and a month, but when I only have a year, it doesn't work.
What do I have to do to make the years appear right.
