Welcome to the club of disgruntled users. For your info, the function works just fine in the off-line FTB for my tree of 7000. I keep telling MH that I totally fail to understand why it should stop working at 5000 for the on-line tree.
Thanks for the reply but that is the problem the file is not there. Also when saving the file I was not given the option to name the file or tell the directory I want. I was wondering if in fact the file was downloaded at all.
I have used windows search to file the file using both .ged, .uzed & date modified as well as visually searching the drive.
I was wondering if I should have seen/had the option to name the file &/or the directory to save to, if things were working as they should? If the answer to either is yes then the problem is that I did not get either of those options.
When I click on the link to 'download to to Family Tree Builder' the page appears to do a refresh and then takes me back to the page.

I do not longer have the ability to create a genealogical book in swedish. 4 days ago I was able to do it. That was before I downloaded the Family tree builder. After that, everything I try to print out is in english, and thats annoying.
How can I change that?
My browser is in swedish and the settings at the webpage is in swedish. FTB was in swedish before i deleted the program.
I hope I don´t have to erase my research and start all over again.
Have you changed the flag in FTB to be Swedish? As I have tried it in my English version changeing it to be Swedish and the report was all in Swedish I am talking about changing the flag (Second right icon in the top line of FTB)
I even tried to print out a book in FTB. In the report it stod "fru okänd" - mrs unknown or mr unknown, on every name. Tried to restart FTB but the shortcut was not to be found in My computer. When i starten the program IT Said that the bookcreator wasn't installed correctly. Now I have uninstalled FTB but nothing works. I have tried with several browsers.
I'm assuming you already found the cancel option, but in case you have not, it is under your name on the top right, click there, then in the drop down menu choose my purchases. Then in the middle of the page about have way down click on Details and you will see a cancel option.
