I'm new to this and a little aprehensive of investing in a Premium subscription to enable more than 250 family members on the Web upload. I was wondering if the Premium Subscripiton is a one time fee or a yearly fee? I could not find this info anywhere. I emailed this question under contact us but have gotten no reply yet.

a szemely adatait nagyon egyszeru modositani. pl. csaladfa, es ott a kivalasztott szemely, ahol megjelenik a kepen egy kek i betu, vagy a baloldalon lathatod a lista sort (kik szerepelnek a csaladfan) a masik ful pedig a szemelyre vonatkozo ablak.
Köszönöm Rózsa a segítséget, de valamiért én csak a saját profilomat tudom módosítani, pedig én hoztam létre az oldalt. Egy nevet elírtam és azt szerettem volna módosítani, de az a kék i betű az sehol sincs. Vagyis ahol van, ott előjön egy ablak, hogy hívjam meg tagnak az illető személyt. Azért köszönöm.
I am unable to add any new relatives to my tree, add new information, change anything that I have already on the tree. I upgraded to Premium thinking it would help but every day, I check and cannot add to my tree. Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong or what's going on. I have been pleased up until this huge problem!!
3 days ago I suddenly had the same problem--went to this site to do more work & discovered that although I was still listed as the manager, when I went to the tree the site told me I was "a visitor" and I can't do anything! I sent the MyHeritage people an email but haven't heard back from them, so I still can't do anything. I wonder what's the problem.
I lost my premium services when I installed the new 4.0 version of the My Heritage Family Tree Builder today. The number of persons allowed to publish is now limited and it asks me to upgrade to the premium service to publish more people, etc.
My on-line web page is also back to the standard page without the enhancements of the premium services that I paid for.
What can be done to restore my premium membership services and do I get a discount/credit etc while I wait for the correction?
Click on the person, then Edit. From the drop down list select Parents then Manage Parents. When the window opens click on Replace Parents then select the proper parents from the list.
