If you need to change your site language back to english, go to your family site and scroll down to the bottom of the screen. In the lower right hand corner of the screen, you should see a button with a flag icon on it. Clicking on this button will bring up a little pop-up window where you can choose your preferred language.
This button can be found on every page at MyHeritage.com, just scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Hi, yes you can add photos to individual members on a tree. The easiest way to do this is, when looking at your family tree in the Family Tree Builder, to click on a blank face icon specific to a particular family member. (it appears as a blank face with a small plus symbol).
Once you've clicked on this, a dialog box will open, allowing you to upload any photo from your computer.
The above is for adding personal photos to Family Tree Builder. If you would like to do this online, the procedure is similar. In the online family tree, click the silhouette that represents a person without a photo and you will be prompted to upload a photo for that person.

You can add a link to an article that you are posting to a family site. To do that, edit the article, mark the text that will be the text for the link and click an icon looking like two linked chains in the editor. This will ask you for the URL. Once you save the article, anyone clicking the text you marked, will be taken to the URL you entered.

Are you a premium plus member? If so, try leaving a message on the live help line under Settings (sometimes they are on-line) or try contacting one of the support folks directly.
The website I need to see for my family history is marked private. How do I contact the owner to get permission to visit their site? There should be an email address and an option to contact the owner, but there is not.
If the site that you are visiting, and wish to become a member of, is a closed site, then you can request membership to it by going to the bottom of the login page for the Family Site and selecting “Contact Webmaster” link. Fill out a message with the reason you would like to be a member and submit.
I forgot my password, and had it readvised. However I am now only a guest on my family site and cannot figure out how to correct this!!

Thanks for coming back to me. I was able to get into my site for a few days, and I created a bookmark on my computer, but today I'm not recognised again - I keep coming up as a "guest" on my site again! I have been able to amend my password on my profile but it hasn't changed anything!
My computer is an iMac - is it anything to do with that? It just seems odd that some days ago the bookmark worked fine, and then today it doesn't, and even when I logged out and logged back in again I'm still coming up as a guest on both sites I had been listed on (Gallagherruane as site Maager, and Fionan O'Healai's site as a member).
It only happened after I upgraded to the premium level - could that be it?
