Hi,

I recently changed my email address and initially got error messages when trying to publish my tree as I didn't update the advanced options.

I have now corrected that, and it appears to be sending details to publish, albeit extremely quickly,  but when I go to the website nothing has updated. 

Is there something else I need to do?

I eventually worked out what I was doing wrong and was able to update the tree.

I had this problem fixed yesterday and as I wanted to see if it was permanently fixed, I uploaded a new tree and after a while had it deleted.

Unfortunately the problem occurs once again. The deleted tree is not completely removed. The individuals of the 3 trees is not reduced when one tree is deleted.

 Is this some kind of a new bug or is it related to the problem you are having with large trees not beeing shown correctly?

3 days ago I sent the screen shots to support as you suggested, but my problem deems unattended.

I have now tried to create the same problem on the testsite but there I have no problems when after upload of several trees deleting these again.

So on the testsite it works perfectly.

On my familysite the latest deleted tree (aukra5) was showing again so I deleted it once more and this time it's gone. I also deleted one of the remaining two trees (aukra3).

The only problem now is that on the "My Familyplaces" page there are still 3 trees listed - see the screen shot I have enclosed.

 I have recently deleted one of  3 trees I had published.

Now the "manage tree page" shows 2 trees which is correct, but the "web account page" shows the amount of persons for the 3 trees.

Also the "My Familyplaces page" (situated between the My Profile and  Log Out tabs in the upper right corner) shows the tree that have been deleted.

As it is I can not publish more trees without deleting one of the existing ones which I find very annoying.

You can add facts in the Tree page,

select the relevant person,

and use the left-hand column to add a fact.

If you are interested in  a more detailed account of your family,
