You have nothing in the lower left corner of the person's name card below the place for a picture? Did you start out the tree on the stand alone Family Tree builder and then import it into the online version? I know that you can't make changes if you've done it offline, but I have never done that so I don't know what it looks like.

I am adding the answer to the forum, so other people that have the problem can see the answer.
If you are referring to the online tree:
The children are ordered by date of birth automatically. There is nothing that you need to change. If you still see a problem , please let me know which people are not ordered and I will investigate this.
If you are referring to the FTB tree:
The children should be ordered automatically as well, but in case they aren't you can fix this as described in this help page:
How do I stop postings that show they come from my deceased brother? I removed him from both members list and 'invited list, plus entered date of death on family tree, but nothing works.
He and his wife had the same email and I've been trying to invite her to join under her name, but the 'family news' on the home pagealways says I've invited my deceased brother. Any postings she makes also say they come from him. Please, can somebody help??!!!!
She could do that if she wanted I guess, but you really would think this glitch would be fixed. It's annoying as well as upsetting. I did ask the website co. about this but got no response. thanks for your input.
If you use the tree builder and upload you can store the email address in the persons data, If that person is not a member it ask if you would like to invite, I dont know if its the same when you have a tree on line.
Thanks Esther - I've done all that and my late wife's profile correctly shows her date of death and has the black line across her photograph. The point of my question is this: my late wife still shows as my "wife". This is no longer the case; she is my late wife. I am no longer married, I am widowed.
I do think that this should be addressed, unless there is something that I can still do to amend this. My profile now appears quite confusing as it appears that I have a wife and a partner! This is a little upsetting and should be corrected I believe. Incidentally, the system works well for divorce as I am divorced from my second wife. She correctly appears as "ex-wife".
Is there anything I have missed that I could do to make this read correctly or is this an issue that you could be addressing?
I know people can be marked divorced when they are first entered into the tree, but I don't see a way after the fact either. I know that you can mark someone divorced while they are being added, but there doesn't seem to be a way after the fact. You may just to have to write it in there somewhere.
I have Premium subscription plan now which about to expire. What going to happened to my site if I decide to keep basic plan this year? Will I loose any information or I just will not be able to use premium features?
If you decide not to upgrade your site when your subscription expires, and if your site is above the basic limit, then your site will remain active and accessible to you and your family site members. The only limitation is that you won't be able to add more individuals to your family tree. You can still add photos, news articles and communicate with your family members. Birthday reminders will still be sent as well.

I have also question why someone from your team called my mobile phone number and tried to sell me upgrade for my site? How he get my phone umber if my site is privete? Does it mean everyone can see my address and phone number? All this is started to gat on my nerves. Please help! Let me keep what I already have without premium features.
