After building my heritage tree to JPEG format, all gone good. But when I trying to save it into a file I get an error message, the MyHeritage program crush and turn off and send me a message to close the program or debug it The previous work saved correctly file size 4 MB (340 people). The next time when the tree becomes bigger I have this problem (400 people).
Note: I rebuilt the family tree (dynasty) for printing or save it as an image. Not in the design mode but for presentation.
Saving a chart as image give my error. I don't mean gedcom but JPEG, I tried as PDF format but the quality is very low, then I saved it as JPEG it is not bad as quality but for more than 4.317MB (around 400 person) it gives an error.
But when the tree become big I got this error.
When I save a small part from my tree (Arabic people names) it successfully. but when I select the entire tree it failed.
Menu 'Charts' -> 'Descendant chart' -> 'Vertical' all done as expected
Then when I tried to save the result (tree) as JPEG
From the toolbar 'Options' 'Styles' Print' 'Save' I select 'Save'
Kindly check the attached file.
This takes more than 8 hours of creating the chart, then the software crush or sometimes give an error popup windows (internal error)
After the 'creating chart' process terminates, I will send you an image about the error.
I don't believe that this should cause problems for synchronization. Synchronization is done by FTB. The website doesn't know what synchronization is. Thus, for synchronization to work, FTB must know the location (address) of your website, but not vice-versa.
When you start FTB the next time around, FTB will check whether you have done any changes to your website (assuming that you have an interactive website), and it will copy those changes over to your FTB version before handing the control over to you. When you make changes in FTB, it will copy those over to the website at the end of your FTB session.
Good luck with your genealogical website!

In FTBuilder, I need to add three children for one person, but all with different fathers. I'm not seeing an obvious way to do this that doesn't involve setting up totally separate trees, but I want the tree to clearly show they are half-siblings and therefore very much connected. Any tips please. Thx
In FTB tree view the wife will then have two (or however many) 'husbands' listed in her 'card'. Only one husband will show with the wife (and any children of THAT couple) at the one time. Click (in the wife's 'card') on the name of another partner to get his details and the details of children to THAT couple.
All partners will usually show in Matches view (depends on number of 'family' showing).
Lots of people copy entire trees over to their own tree, ending up with trees of very large sizes (25000 records and more) that are difficult to maintain or even traverse.
It would be great if MyHeritage were to offer a feature that would allow to link to another tree through a common record. To this end, it would suffice the add a hyperlink capability to the description of records. If that hyperlink points to a valid record of a person on another tree, then the color of that record should change and clicking on that record would activate the hyperlink taking you to that other tree.
I CANT get hold of MY HERITAGE as it keeps saying I hav a invalid email address (which is incorrect or how did I log in!!)... so cant send a query to them direct...
HELP - somehow I have become a manager of someone elses tree which is NOT mine (I was only a member) their site has expired, I don't want to and don't no how I ended up being their sole manager. how do I get my name and details off this site without deleting all their tree????
