The family worked its way south from The Orkney Islands down to London.

The earliest relative I have traced is my great great great grandfather born c.1795 on the Orkneys.

My great grandfather was born in South Shields County Durham in 1857 and my grandfather was born in Greenwich, London in 1892.

It's where I still live!

Regards,

Ray Craigie

Hello to all my Family. My intentions have been to add to this site for some time and before Ellen started it to send our line of the family, such as it is, off to her directly. I have alerted others in the family and now the pressures on! So I hope to be a regular here and say hi to those of you I may have met long ago and how do ya do to those of you I've yet to meet....So, here we go!!
