My name is Ronald Rasnake
and I started this site. This site was created using MyHeritage.com. This is a great system that allows anyone like you and me to create a private site for their family, build their family tree and share family photos. Our family tree has 2 main branches, the Murphys who came from Ireland and the Rasnakes who came from Austria by way of Germany. These 2 main branches came together in southwestern Virginia during the late 1700s and early 1800s. Now the many branches of our family tree have spread all over the United States and beyond.
