As you may recollect, it was announced at the last get-together that the next Puthiyaveetil kudumba sangamam would be held at Mysore.I have been enquiring with various people about the same and have not been able to get a clear picture.I am writing this mail to inform all of you that the suggestion of holding it in Mysore is still open.
The dates suggested are - Saturday December 26th 2009 & Sunday December 27th 2009 (the last weekend of December).
The following programme is also suggested:
Day 1:
12 noon- meet at our residence.
After lunch a sight seeing trip is arranged between 3pm and 7pm
7.30 - get together with dinner and a music programme
Halt at Mysore
Day 2:
Breakfast and disperse
The following arrangements can be planned for:
The evening get together dinner as well as the music programme will be hosted by us.
Accommodation can be arranged for those who require the same.A non-A/C room with double occupancy at a hotel like Dasprakash Paradise will cost around Rs.1500.There are also service apartments, which cost between Rs 700 -1000 per head.
Miscellaneous expenses like Lunch (day 1), breakfast (day 2), sight seeing, shamiana, chairs, tables, mike, lighting etc. will be common to all participants and the actuals will be shared equally.Those who would require Accommodation can please inform me by email or telephone by 25thSeptember.

The get-together will commence at 10 am and will go on till dinner at 8.30 pm. There will be plenty of time for interactions and a variety of entertainment and merriment.

ICICI ATM / Debit cards can be used at SBI ATMs to withdraw money and most shocking thing is, it doesnot ask for your PIN**. Even if it asks for pin and if u cancel it, it goes on to the next screen and enables you to withdraw cash. This security vulnerability was shown live on India TV newschannel at SBI ATM in Hyderabad . So please take utmost care of your ICICI ATM / Debit cards to avoid any such misuse.
