For those of you who do not know, Brenda and Brian have returned from Ireland but without Victoria, she has been struck down by a mystery lurgy that she picked up while doing some voluntary work in Ethiopia......so at this moment she is recovering in hospital and hopefully, Brenda will be flying out to Ireland to bring her back to Nottingham very soon.
Victoria, we all wish you well and hope for a speedy recovery so you can continue your holiday back in England!
This week has been a constant supply of snow, snow and more snow!
Lambley looks like a rather lovely Christmas card scene, the ground is covered and the branches of all the trees are heavily laden with beautiful, white snow. A romantic view but in reality the whole of the UK has ground to halt as usual when we experience this kind of weather. It has given me the perfect excuse to do some more family research with my Mum and to update this site so you all have a bit more to explore. It is, by no means, anywhere near a reflection of all the information we have collected but hopefully I will gradually be able to update all the members of the family and upload some more precious family images.
