and I started this site. It contains information and ancestry for my lineage (including York, Ulmer, Key, O'Steen) as well as other families we have married into (including Beck, Harris, and Simmons). Much of the information comes from direct documentation and first-hand family knowledge. However, much of the older info has been compiled using a scientific approach of online research, cross-referencing, and a little common sense. I have done my best to reject and omit information that appears dubious, baseless, or incorrect--however, there are surely some errors in places.
