This site was created using My Heritage.com. This is a great system that allows anyone like you and me to create a site for their family and even publish their family tree on the Internet.

Our family tree is posted online on this site! There are 3000+ names in our family tree. The earliest event is the birth of John Carpenter (1410). The most recent passings of Ester (Lindow) Tautengan (Sep 10, 2007), Wendell Ellis, Gil Humphrey ,and Alice Humphrey 2012.

It is a work in progress, most of the information posted is from a variety or  combination of  sources, these include the Internet, Books, Distant Cousins, or those interested in researching, and various elder members of the family. It may not all have been verified, but it is posted for information only. This narrative should be thought of as the most likely prospect  based on the information  I have found,been told, or made available to me and used for informational purposes only from an assortment of sources. I have for the most part used only those with more than a 65% matching factor from the internet.There are some inconsistancies I hope to correct as my time allows.

Thanks to:The Westover information came primarily came from the family history compiled in the book  "The Westover Families of Missouri", Pullen Information courtesy of Sarah Pullen Gura and her extensive research, LaBedz Family, Chet Labedz Senior, And Huddy Family Courtesy of Mary Huddy Kodiek, and verbally from some of the surviving  and Extended Family Relatives,  various Cousins, Aunts, and Uncles, while they are still here, available, still coherent and talking.  All of which I  continue to add Information  to, over time, and through the internet. It is information I have gathered as possible with the intent of trying to put it out there available for those to follow or show an interest. It may not be perfect but it is not  intended to be at this point. The hope is to make the information available to those with an interest. 

I have also been fortunate enough to get some help on line from some various other people , distant relatives, possibly distant cousins etc. Many of the photo's re Humphrey Pullen Westover photo's from Dads house and a couple of other family sources I've collectd. If any one has more Information or photo's please feel free to forward, comment, input it, upload, or correct my information via e-mail. 

Some were talking about a family recipe book pls. feel free to post and as I have time I will do same there is an area available for family recipes.

Vicki and I broke down and sponsored the website again to get more interest in the various branches of the family and be able to input more relatives as located. With the stated sight upgrade I can send more invitations to various members of the family. It will take time to do: which with my life and everyone elses input into it..

It would now appear the Tim and Nicole recently celebrated 3 years marriage and added a child, Conor Patrick-- they also added a mutt (puppy) from the pound (Harley),Guess I'll have to get used to somebody elses house, somebody elses rules too,  just like Chet did, hope I deal with it as well,  Oh well time moves on,  I guess its Progress.

 I have recently added numerous photo's and broken them into "albums' I need some help tagging and identifying some--album pls identify-- some are from around Flat River And Ironton Mo.  many long befor even my time, there are also some pullen photos and westovers from way back when. I soon hope to copy Grandma humphrey's album, from 1903, I would appreciaste any help I can get in ID ing them.

There is also a page on facebook Descendents of Owen O. Humphrey where we are putting information on the family from several of the distant branches feel free to join if you hav an interest.
