CAVEAT 2 While all the information is as accurate as I can readily determine, dates and name spellings vary considerably in early sources.  Some dates prior to 1500 appear to be calculated estimates - the earlier, the more so!  There are internal conflicts of date which are transparent errors, I will resolve these as logical data arrives.  Enjoy!
