Posted by: William G. Latham on Dec 1 2007 17:49

Hello Everyone,

I hope you enjoy my genealogy about John Frederick & Magdalina "Eichelberger" Shaffer, and their descendant's! If you find a connection between my Shaffer family, and some of your family, please let me know! I would be very happy to share my Shaffer Ancestor's with you! My John Frederick Shaffer came from Germany, and settled in Dutch Fork, Newberry & Lexington Dist., South Carolina. His descendant's later moved to Tennessee, and later on to Perry Co., Alabama. Some later moved west to Oktibbeha Co., Miss., which part's of later became Clay, Choctaw, and Webster Co., Miss.! Several of the Nichols & Shaffer families moved farther West into Arkansas, Texas, and Oklahoma! Most of their son's settled in Clay, & Webster Co., Miss.! Please visit my website, and see if you can find some lost ancestor's of your own!

William G. Latham Jr.
