My name is Michelle Watson and I am the Webmaster of this site.
This site is for researching the Canet family based in London, England. The earliest family member I've been able to trace so far is Zacharias Theophile Canet and his wife Margaret Turnbull, daughter of Algernon Turnbull and Margaret Ann Morgan.
My branch of the family descends from his son, Robert Canet. Robert came to Australia in the 1860's.
