WELL THE SNOW IS OVER AND ALMOST MELTED THE CURRENT TEMP OUTSIDE IS 64 DEGREES A BIG CHANGE FROM ALMOST 20 BELOW JUST DAYS AGO LIKE THEY SAY ,(IN KENTUCKY THE WEATHER CAN CHANGE IN A MATTER OF MINUTES ) SEVERAL WATER LINE BREAKS AND POWER OUTAGES CAUSED MOST OF THE STATE TO BE DECLARED A STATE EMERGENCY AND NUMEROUS ACCIDENTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED AT LAST UPDATE THE DEATH TOLL FROM THIS WINTER BLAST STOOD AT 28 .
