My name is Penelope Haccius and I started this site.

If anyone can help me discover the mystery of my father's birth, I'd be very pleased.

His father - according to a geneologist - was  Gert Andries (born 1891). However, my father's name cannot be found among his children. 

I have my dad's birth certificate (1917), which says his mother's name was 

Gertryda Maria Johanna Agenbag. But I can find no trace of her.

Can someone help me solve this mystery?

Our family tree is posted online on this site! There are 16 names in our family site. The earliest event is the birth of Johannes Hendrik Agenbach (c2) (1804). The most recent event is the death of Mary Johnson (1978).
