My name is Paul Albertine and I started this site.
About 10 years ago, I started a genealogy project in an effort to preserve my family history for my children.  In that endeavor I made some progress, but even more mistakes about how to go about a genealogy project.  

The most important bit of wisdom I learned is that genealogy projects take an enormous amount of work, and it is a task best done by as many people as possible. 

After a long break, I decided to continue what I had originally set out to do, but needed to make some changes.  Now with the available online tools and social media I decided to make the project more collabrative.  

As you look for the resources there are a variety of tools available such as Calendar, photos,  even a place for receipes.  This project seems to be a great  way for us to share our heritage with our children. If you have any comments or feedback about this site, please click here to contact me.

Our family tree is posted online on this site! There are 1494 names in our family site. The earliest event is the birth of <Private> Zumbrun (Aug 11 59). The most recent event is the death of Stephen McKenzie McReynolds (Sep 7 2012).
