Bobbie Dean Altiser will graduate from Hannibal High School, Hannibal, MO on Thursday evening May 21st. He is the son of Stan and Denise Altiser of Hannibal and the grandson of Ron and Lana Stanfield of Bucklin, MO. Congratulations Bob!
Broc Douglas Finney will graduate from Bucklin High School on Sunday, May 17th. He is the son of Doug and Lisa Finney and the grandson of Jim and Peggy Finney all of Bucklin, MO. Congratulations Broc!
Sarah ReNee Martin will graduate from Missouri Western State University on May 9th . Sarah will be graduating with a teaching degree, she majored in early childhood special education. Sarah is the daughter of Heidi & Gary Martin, granddaughter of Gilbert and Marguerite Aderton. Congratulations Sarah!
Jacob Janes took 3rd place medal at the State Championship Wrestling Tournament held at MIZZOU ARENA, Columbia, MO. Jacob finished his Junior year with a record of 50-4. The team placed 5th, a great acccomplishment with only 5 team members. Congratulations Jacob, we are very proud of you.
Ronnie and Lana Stanfield celebrated their 50th Anniversary on February 8, 2009 Their children hosted a party at the Community Center in Bucklin, MO. for friends and family. Ron's mother Jessie, who celebrated her 101st birthday on January 1st attended and enjoyed seeing her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. A good time was had by all. Congratulations Lana and Ron!!!
Jacob won at the district tournament on Feb. 14th and will go to state tournament on the 19th-21st. He has had a great season with a record of 46 - 3 so far and has set a new school record for tech falls. Good luck Jacob!! Love ya!
Jacob Janes, son of David and Jan Janes, claimed his 100th win as a Hannibal High School Varsity wrestler. Jacob is a Junior at HHS. His win came at the Oakville Duals in St. Louis on January 10, 2009. He deafeated Adam Weinzapfel from Matar Dei High School by a Tech fall, 16-1. Congratulations Jacob!!!!
