Blossom was my best friend and my "sister of the heart." Because our own biological sisters had both preceeded us in death, we adopted each other. Blossom was always there for me, particularly this year which has been a most difficult one for me. She was the one I could always vent to, who would listen without judgment; who I could chat with, shop with, or just be with. We laughed and cried together and shared a strong conviction that seeming "fate" had led us to meet for a reason. I still believe that, and even death cannot break my bond with her. Godspeed, Blossom. Be free and enjoy your new life in heaven with all the loving spirits that have gone before. I'll see you there in time.
