Welcome

I'm CB and welcome to this sprawling Family Tree I've created.

My mother's family are the Annings and are already well-researched to a family of stone masons living in Devon, England, in the early 1700s.  My father's family are the Hoeys, who have been traced back to an Irishman and his English wife who ran a London pub together in the 1860s.  Various other branches of the family tree have been traced back to Wales, Scotland, Germany and Denmark.

The current family lives throughout Western Australia and in New Zealand. I'm still researching any and all branches of the family about which less is known.  If anybody has anything to add, feel free to let me know by clicking here. If you're one of the 'unknowns' listed in the family tree, let me know and I'll make your brief profile public - but until then I'll keep you anonymous to protect your privacy.

Our family tree is posted online on this site! There are 250 names in our family site. The earliest event is the birth of Annabella Humfrey (born Hayles) (Apr 2 1581). The most recent event is the death of Irene Hadley (born Wisbey) (Jan 9 1985).The site was last updated on May 23 2013, and it currently has 41 registered member(s). If you wish to become a member too, please click here.   Enjoy!

Media:Kim Anning
Posted by: CB Hadley on Oct 16 2011 21:24
Kim has vast experience in the Perth jazz scene from his start with J.T. and the Jazzmen and freelance work backing many visiting overseas acts, to a ten year stint in a restaurant playing solo instrumental guitar.

More recently he has been putting together special projects for Jazz Fremantle and the Perth Jazz Society and performing in duet with jazz diva Libby Hammer as well as leading his own band Blue Monk.

He can provide an intimate background with some smooth jazz standards from Tom Waits, Cole Porter, Gershwin and Richard Rogers to Dave Brubeck and A.C. Jobim, (vocal and instrumental, without backing tracks) with a touch of blues and even the odd pop song jazzed up.

Kim can also be hired in a duo, trio or quartet.
