This site has grown on me... and I have slowly uploaded from my other databases of what I thought was some 142000 names (now after cleaning up has been realised to be more like 75000) - about 40% being of early Nelson. the families involved (moving from my prime branches out) Atkins, Barton, Staples, Simpson, Heath, Rawlings/Rowlings, Ladd, Solly, Bensemann, and many more.

This includes my Wife's side from Southland with a number of links back to the above Nelson families. This includes Smith, Robertson, Calder, Mincher, Officer, Harpur and many others.
