Family gathered yesterday at Nye Beach in Newport, Oregon, to say final goodbyes to our Husband, Father, Father-in-law, Grandpa, Brother, Brother-in-law, and Uncle. As his Wife Vicki and others watched from the sandy beach, Don's boys (Don Jr., Tom, Rob, and Thad) and his brother Ken, walked into the Pacific ocean and scattered his ashes into the water. As we all gathered together on the beach, we said goodby to someone that we all loved, and greatly miss.
Jon Lewis and Courtney Pownall, were joined in marriage on July 23, 2011, at the home of Michael & Barbara Lewis, in Beaver, OR. Jon & Courtney have purchased their first home, in Sheridan, OR.
Cassandra Noel Foust (Cassie) has given birth to a Son, Blake Lee Davis. Blake was born at Riverton Memorial Hospital in Riverton, Wyoming on September 16, 2011, at 12:35 pm. (19 1/4 inches long and weighs 5 pounds 10 ounces) Grandparents are Michelle & Tom Foust, and Great-Grandparents are Mike and Deb Lewis.
Michael Thad Lewis has announced the upcoming birth of his first Grandchild. The babies parents are Richard (Rickee) Thad and Samantha Lewis, the baby will be a boy, and is due in July 2011.
HE'S HERE: Luke Richard Lewis born June 30, 2011, 7lbs.7oz.
We welcome into our family, Ty Alyn Lewis. Born Sept. 22, 2010. Ty is 21 inches long and weighs 9 pound 8 ounces. He is the son of Jon Lewis and Courtney Pownell. Ty is the first grandson of Mike & Barb Lewis, and the 5th. great-grandchild of Ken & Linda Lewis.
Hurray! Hurray!, # 6 is on it's way!! Kyler Nagely and our granddaughter Tasha Karen Nagely (born Fabella-Lewis), are expecting our 6th great-grandchild in December, 2010. We are told that it will be a BOY, and his name will be Owen James. This will be Jason & Kelly's 1st. Grandchild.
