The two main families featured on this site are the Hogans and the Warriners. Patrick Hogan immigrated to Australia from Ireland in 1854. William Warrener, was a convict transported to Australia in 1838. Patrick Hogan is my direct ancestor on my father's side of the family – the Hogans. William Warrener is my direct ancestor on my mother's side of the family – the Warriners (Warreners). However there are many other families and names connected with these two families by birth and marriage, a total of 239 so far.

How to use this site

The easiest way to check who and what is on the site is to click on Family Tree, from the Homepage, then select either People or Families. From there you can scroll down the page until you find a name or family of interest. Some entries have short biographies and photos, e.g my father Derrick John Hogan. Most entries will have birth, death and marriage details. All entries can be placed within a family tree chart, it is also possible to generate various family tree reports, see Reports.
