My name is Des Garrard and I am a seventh generation Australian.   I created this site originally to record other Australian born Garrards, and their descendants and so discover how branches of the family are related.  Over time it has been necessary to expand it to include non Australian ancestors and extended families as well. During my research many references were found relating to Garrards whose families I have not yet been able to tie in with my master  F.T.  Visitors to the site who are or were Garrards are invited to email me at (garrades@hotmail.com) if they have any information that will help to update the site.  Your comments and feedback will be much appreciated.
