This is the front of the palace where the Evzone guards (all meeting minimum height requirements, ability to wear woollen tights and pleated skirts seriously and are from the same village) stand next to little huts and do complicated parades several times a day which make them look foolish. However the reason I took this photo is to show you the casual parking in Athens. This is a main road with three lanes of traffic. The motorbike is propped up against a post illegally and with no regard to the bus that has to enter the lanes from the bottom left hand corner to turn left.
