Would you be so kind to clarify that this was not an accident! When this 36 year old man had a blood alcohol content of .24! I clearly do not see this as an accident. This crash not only took this drunks life but took a beautiful innocent precious 16 year old with him. I do not wish to be disrespectful, but please understand seeing this memorial and its title is extremely disrespectful to EVERYONE who knows Latisha Dawn Morgan

Not to mention the endless beer cans and bottles that are continually being left out at the crash site right next to this lovely memorial! One last thing, if you notice the date of death, Richie died (due to his own actions not an accident) on July 8,2008.............Latisha died 07-07-07 at appx 11:30 pm. Just for those that feel they need to alter Latishas cross.
