New Year lamb with roast potatoes – January 1 2008, Mytilini, Lesvos, Greece

This lamb was very tender - stuffed with rice and chestnuts.  Zac cooked it in the oven for several hours. The potatoes were done in traditional Greek style with lots of lemon.
