certificate Ethel was a spinster aged 21 years (this is not her true age,

she was actually a bit younger than this). It also states she worked as a

'packer', and lived in Annandale prior to marriage. She gives her parents

names as James and Ada Cox (nee McMullan).

When Peggy was about 11 months old Ethel fell pregnant to another man and

Reg filed for divorce. She had a son in 1926 who I believe was called

William (Bill) Henry Jones. The divorce wasn't finalised until the 23rd

April 1929.
