Donald J. Steinhauer, 89, of Fresno died Sept. 28. He was a retired owner of Don's Mobil Service Station. Memorial graveside: 10 a.m. Friday, Fresno Memorial Gardens. Donald was born in Fresno on July 28, 1921. He passed away in Fresno on Tuesday, September 28, 2010, at the age of 89. Don was the retired owner of Don's Mobil Service Station. He served in the U.S. Navy in World War II and was a Pearl Harbor Survivor. He was an avid golfer and a life member of the National Rifle Association. Don is preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice M. "Bea" Steinhauer. He is survived by son Donald and his wife Louann; son Kenneth and his wife Michele; three grandchildren; and three greatgrandchildren. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed. A Memorial Graveside Service will be held at Fresno Memorial Gardens on Friday, October 15, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Golden Living Center at Hy-Lond, 3408 East Shields Ave., Fresno, Ca. 93726.
