Helen K. Seaver

Mrs. Helen K. (MacEachern) Seaver, 86, of Milford MA, died Saturday evening (January 19, 2013) at Medway Country Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation after a period of declining health. She was the wife of the late William J. Seaver, who died in 1986. Mrs. Seaver was born in Framingham MA, the daughter of the late Samuel and the late Agatha (Ranahan) MacEachern. She was a graduate of Framingham High School. She was also a graduate of the Carney Hospital School of Nursing. Mrs. Seaver was employed as a younger woman as a registered nurse at the former Framingham Union Hospital. She was a longtime communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Church and a member of the church's former Catholic Womens Club. Mrs. Seaver is survived by her 8 Children: William J. Seaver of Cambridge MA, David P. Seaver and his wife Barbara of Cherry Hill NJ, Robert A. Seaver and his wife Kathleen of Mendon MA, Edward J. Seaver and his wife Margaret of Clark NJ, Michael C. Seaver of Hopedale MA, Richard F. Seaver and his wife Mary of Fitchburg MA, Stephen J. Seaver of Cumberland RI and Helen M. Seaver of Milford MA; 13 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Seaver was the sister of the late Donald MacEachern, of Framingham MA, who died in 2004. Her funeral will be held Wednesday (January 23rd) at 9am from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 19 Winter Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Milford MA. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday (January 22nd) from 4pm to 7pm. Please visit www.edwardsmemorialfuneralhome.com for condolence book.
