Annie Esther Hocking (born Day)

Annie Esther Day was the first born to George and May Ann on the 3rd of January 1881 at Ballarat. She was the wife of Richard Hocking and mother to his eleven children. She is my great grand mother is on the ancestral path back to our earliest Australian roots. Annie`s grandmother was Esther Chapman. Annie died on the 13th of November 1966 at Ballarat and Richard in 1968, making the third generation of Hockings to be buried at Buninyong. Annie Esther, known as ?Esse? was her fourth child. After living most of her life in Adelaide, Ess past away in Ballarat in 2004. Celia is now the only surviving sibling.
