Gallagher, Elaine (Beaudin)

Elaine Gallagher died suddenly at her home on Monday, December 28, 1987. Age 73 years. She was born June 28, 1914 in Bay City, where she had resided most of her life and has lived in Linwood for the past 20 years. Elaine was a member of Christ United Methodist Church of Bay City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Gallagher in 1967, and her son, Nicholas Gallagher. Surviving are her three children: Joyce Cody of Traverse City, Ralph Gallagher Jr. of Pinconning, Jerry Gallagher of California; 10 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and her brother, Donald Beaudin of Essexville. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:00 am in the W.A. Trahan Funeral Chapel. Rev. David Hill will officiate and interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Christ United Methodist Church or the American Heart Association. Friends may call Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 until 9 pm at the W.A. Trahan Funeral Chapel.
