Janet BallmanI have a copy of the newspaper article about his death. He was a police officer in Jefferson County, KY and had been injured previously in some type of accident, and while his wife, Nancy Yankey Hill and her father were in another room of his home (a boarding house his wife ran) he shot himself. His death certificate indicates he was buried in Springfield, KY, but I have not been able to locate his grave site.
