Josephine Bilek (born Goetz)

Josephine had one son Robert. She raised him by herself during the depression. Sne worked as a cook in her sister's boarding house. The home burned to the ground when struck by lightning, Robert was 6 mons old. She was a wonderful cook specializing in Hungarian cuisine. She was also a talented artist and loved to paint scenes of the outdoors. She painted waterfalls on the antlers of deer.
