Birth of child: Jenny or Jeremy Hill
1865 and 1867It is unknown at this time whether this child was a male or female. The letter(bio) written by Aunt Hester 'Williamson' Hill (wife of John Thomas Hill) of Marion G & Mahala J Hill states the name of this 1st child but it is not recognizable. The 1900 census states that Mahala was the mother of 10 children but only 8 of them were still living. I have determined that the other nine children were all still living as of 1925. Also this child was not listed with them on the 1870 Census. He or she would have been the oldest. |
