I have more or less the same problem that was explained in one of the previous comments...When creating my family tree, via web (not using FTB !! so I cannot use the 'attach' tool that you explain in the section FAQ), I have more than one entry for the same person. For example, a cousin of mine (through my father) is married with a girl, whose mother is a cousin of  my mother... Is it possible to 'link' or unify these entries of the same person, in order to have a single entry for her ? Thanks in advance, I wait for your answer, via my site in Myheritage, or via mail:  jhsotoca@gmail.com Regards ! Hey J!Unfortunately this is one of the limitations of the Online Immersive Family Trees - there is still no way to "Attach" two existing persons in the tree, like it's possible to do in FTB.Hang in there though, because we're working on it. It should be ready in a couple of weeks.In the meantime, you are welcome to use FTB to create your tree and publish - or create a tree in FTB then export a gedcom and upload the gedcom to your site to create an editable tree online.Sorry for the inconvenience - thanks for being patient. :)  Rhianna Warrick  (  Georgia) Would love to help you! I know the message boards are chaotic right now. We're quite swamped with support requests, especially after the recent changes to the site. We'll be more active on the support boards very soon - promise.Regarding your question: if you have a tree which is editable online, then simply click on the person to bring up his/her details. Next, add the partner and when the edit details window comes up, you should see a little drop down menu that lets you choose the relationship status.It's not as detailed as in FTB, I know. We're currently working on a new version of the online tree that will have much more capability. Does this answer your question?  Let me know... George Manuel Sotello  (  Indonesia) Relationships Thank you for replying. I guess I dont have an editable tree because I've only uploaded it from FTB.  So what's the next step if I can't edit the relationships online and can't have a different status other than married or divorced? Thanks George Manuel Sotello  (  Indonesia) Delete Site (not family tree) I've read all the files on your support page but there isn't one answer...only customer frustrations of which I share.  How do you delete a site membership...not a family tree.  I understand the latter part.  Deleting a "site" seems to be impossible and it also confuses people who visit my new site.  Can you please explain or can you just delete it for me.  I have two sites.  The titles look similar but one word is different.  The title I want to delete is Banuelos Family Web Site (website is spaced). Dont delete the other title using "Website" as one word.  If you're still confused of which one to delete...just delete the one that doesn't have a family tree in it. Thanks again. Since spring I wrote tons of e-mails to support (and other adresses) with some questions how to solve the problems. But they NEVER answer ! FTB is not very stabile, even if You back up after each step You make, in the moment when something happens (fallout of electricity, failure of system or laptop), the program doesnt work, You have to unistall it, to erase all remaining data, install again etc.... what is worse, the backed up data You cant renew, the database is damaged ...How come ? Worked with other family-tree-programs, it never happened to me before, there was always very easy to renew the data, if necessary, and the database was never damaged ! Asked also support service if there is a way to renew data or to repair the database, but again no answer and no solution. Which means that I have to go again through thousand of pictures with pages of birth/marriage/death registers and again to look for the data ... I guess MyHeritage doen´t expect to make the ZED-packages after each step in the program ??? I also offered (already in the spring) the help with better translation to Czech (and if necessary to Slovak too) language, because there are some serious mistakes and stupidities (comparing to versions in English and Ivrit). Had even the question, if there is a possibility to add or edit the data alternatively from FTB and even on-line ???
