Terry Fowler The only thing that I know of Jacob Fowler was that he was the father to John Eddie Fowler who was born January 3, 1886 in South Carolina. According to John Eddie's death certificate Jacob was born in South Carolina. Mary E. Grooms showed up on the Coffee County Georgia Census in 1920 without Jacob but with the 3 sons, John Eddie, Jesse and Luther. She was born in 1861 and died on December 19 1928 and is buried in Coffee County Georgia. That is all the information that I have on either one of them.
