Hi, nice to meet you. If you notice the way Lanier is spelled in my maiden name, it comes from great grandmother Aleph Loucinda Dunnington. She changed the n to a capitol N when her husband took off and left her with 6 boys to raise by herself. I am a LaNier, this is a sub line of my family. I am not directly related but try to connect as much as possible. Is there something I can help you with? Do you have any information on Sullivan Leroy [Roy] Spencer's wife, Ida Florence Haller? yes i got information on her i have been trying to find some one that was connected to the lanier family forever and could not find any one i just got onto the hertiage com. tonight but i will glad share my information with you. ida florence haller was born september 5 1892 in tucker county west virginia she remarried to a george melhouse after leroy passed she passed away september 23 1963 i wayne county indiana. she is buried in union county indiana . this is my husbands grandmother

ida was only married twice to leroy and george. i hope you dont mind if i use some of your information. i can help you on some of the laniers in preble county that i know of. sampson lanier s first wife died in preble county i have pictures of tombstones and kenzie his oldest daughter died too as a child. i have the dates on tombstones. give me a few days to look for them i lived in preble county ohio so it was a little easier to find some things on the lanie family. i seen that you dont have anything on cecil spencer i have almost all the information on them i hope you dont mind if i copy what you have on the lanier family. my husbands cousin has a book on the lanier and she wont let me look at it and i dont think it completely right. she wont even tell me were to get one at. i just started putting information on my hertiage line so its not all on it yet. so let me know what you need on the spencer line and ill send it to you thank you cam
