Surprised by this message ? My name is René Hehemann (born René van Eijnatten). From Zoetermeer in the Netherlands. Our families are connected via my grandmother Annetje van Eijnatten-Minikus. further back in history via the families Trouw and Schilperoort. Why I write is because you and I have both more persons with shared name. The familyname I refer to, is the family Joyce ! My ex-wife maidenname was Catherine Josephine Ann Joyce. Together we have two dauthers, named Jill (33) and Kim (31). Raised by me. Jill is living with her friend in Berkel & Roderijs, about 6 miles from our home. Kim is still living with me. Catherine has 9 brothers and sisters. The family of Catherine come from Delgany Co. Wicklow in Ireland. Just look at my My Heritagesite to find her parents and one deseased sister. She happened to live in Perth in West-Australia ! She passed away in Ireland on November 27th, 2010 at the age of 60 ! She was married and divorced to Ken ..... and Bob Jayko. I 'm curious whether there connections to the world-famous author James Joyce, probably born in the region of Dublin ?
By the way, my ex-brother-in-law is called James Joyce too ! He lives in the Manchester region in England. Are there descendents still living in Australia or elsewhere ? Perhaps there is a connection ? Some familymembers are still living in Delgany, Greystones, Bray. Catherine lives with her husband in Rotterdam. Nowadays we meet frequently with them or here !
